Features and functions:
Amino-oligosaccharins refer to oligosaccharides connected by β-1.4 glycosidic bonds to D-glucosamine, which are prepared by degrading chitin from chitin and then degraded, or low-toxic bactericides extracted by microbial fermentation.
Amino-oligosaccharins can inhibit the growth of some pathogens, affect the germination of fungal spores, induce morphological changes in hyphae, and changes in spore endobiochemistry.
